Wenye Song (宋文烨) was born in Beijing, China, in 2003. She is a Computer Science major and Music Composer, currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree at Emory University.

        She has been playing the flute and piccolo since the age of 6 and has over 7 years of experience performing in wind orchestras. In addition, she has sung as both a Soprano and an Alto in choirs for 5 years and a cappella groups for 2 years. Wenye self-studied composition in high school and started formal studies in composition at university. Her primary focus is on instrumental and electronic music.

        Beyond music, Wenye is passionate about computer science. She has conducted research in audio recognition, quantum computing, music with deep learning, and machine learning. She also has internship experiences as an audio algorithm engineer and a cybersecurity & large language model security engineer.
